The last job you will ever have

When the Seigle family moved to Las Vegas back in 2005, we had no idea how long we’d be in town. We came here to explore opportunities in what was then a boomtown, and I was excited to be living and working in the epicenter of hospitality technology. Well, we’re still here almost 15 years later and Vegas is a boomtown again. From a business perspective, I’ve been privileged to be involved in some way in just about every major new casino project in Las Vegas since 2005. It’s been an awesome experience.

Why the retrospective and introspective commentary?

Today, I am announcing my retirement. While I’ll still maintain involvement as a supporter and advocate for the company, I’m retiring from my position as Area Director for Nevada.

It was a privilege to open the Nevada office for EVOTEK and help set the team on the right path. It was only a few short years ago that Brandon Cowan and I broke ground, and now we’re doing business with great customers all around the state and have an incredible growth trajectory. Thank you to Cesar Enciso for the confidence and support over the years and for your vision to create a new kind of company and culture. I have also seen what a differentiated approach Jeff Klenner has brought to the market and have confidence in where he’s driving the company’s future. And I am especially excited that Jessica McQuaid is joining us here in Nevada to continue our momentum – she is going to be great addition for EVOTEK’s team and customers.

I’ll be tracking EVOTEK’s continued growth, as our unique formula continues to make a difference to our customers in the Nevada market. I’ll just be observing it from an armchair, a hiking trail, or maybe a beach somewhere.

Best wishes to all of my friends at EVOTEK, my customers, and our partners. As we tell our employees, “EVOTEK – the last job you will ever have.” I am living proof.

As we quickly close in on our first decade in business, I am in complete awe with what we have accomplished.  Numbers, growth, and accolades
