Our Commitment to Responsible Business

Integrity, transparency, and accountability — across every aspect of how we operate.

Conflict Minerals Policy

1. OVERVIEW

EVOTEK, Inc. (“EVOTEK,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a reseller and we are not directly involved with the manufacturing products, or sourcing conflict minerals. We do not manufacture, contract to manufacture, or specify the materials, components, or processes used in any products we resell. We cannot certify as to the country of origin of the minerals contained in the products manufactured by our business partners. We support responsible sourcing practices and supply chain transparency.

2. REGULATORY CONTEXT

Some companies are subject to conflict minerals reporting requirements under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

As a reseller, we are not a manufacturer and are not directly subject to these reporting requirements. However, some of our customers may be subject to them.

3. OUR APPROACH

Because we do not manufacture or source minerals directly, we rely on the information provided by the manufacturers and suppliers from whom we purchase products.

Where appropriate, we:

  • Request conflict minerals information from suppliers when needed to support customer inquiries;
  • Encourage suppliers to maintain responsible sourcing practices aligned with recognized industry guidance, including that published by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development; and/or
  • Maintain documentation received from suppliers related to conflict minerals inquiries.

We do not independently verify or audit smelters or refiners and do not make representations regarding the specific origin of minerals contained in the products we resell.
