Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

1. OVERVIEW

EVOTEK, Inc. (“EVOTEK,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We oppose all forms of modern slavery, including forced labor, servitude, and human trafficking. This statement is prepared to meet the requirements of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act and, where applicable, section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. We expect our employees, contractors, and suppliers to uphold these same standards.

2. OUR BUSINESS

EVOTEK, Inc. is a California-based reseller. While we primarily operate in the United States, we have limited commercial dealings in the United Kingdom and other international markets.

As a reseller, we do not directly manufacture products. Our potential exposure to modern slavery risk arises primarily through third-party suppliers and manufacturers.

3. SUPPLIER EXPECTATIONS

We communicate our expectations to suppliers through contractual terms and/or a Code of Conduct. We expect suppliers to:

  • Comply with applicable labor and employment laws;
  • Prohibit forced, bonded, or involuntary labor;
  • Not charge recruitment fees to workers;
  • Not retain workers’ identity documents; and
  • Provide lawful wages and working conditions.
4. DUE DILIGENCE

We take reasonable steps to understand our supply chain and assess risk where appropriate. These steps may include:

  • Reviewing supplier information prior to engagement;
  • Requesting certifications or contractual assurances regarding compliance with applicable labor laws; and/or
  • Addressing concerns raised through internal reporting channels.

We reserve the right to reassess or discontinue relationships with suppliers that do not meet our standards.

5. REPORTING CONCERNS

Employees and business partners are encouraged to report concerns regarding unethical or unlawful conduct. Reports may be made to management without fear of retaliation.

6. ONGOING REVIEW

We will periodically review our practices and update this statement as appropriate to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. Where required, this statement will be approved annually by EVOTEK’s senior leadership in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

This statement was approved by the Board of Directors of EVOTEK, Inc. in accordance with the requirements of section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
