5. FAIR AND HONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES
We do not tolerate bribery, corruption, human trafficking, or any form of unethical business conduct. Business decisions must be made fairly, transparently, and without improper influence. Employees and representatives must never offer, give, request, or accept bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or anything of value intended to improperly influence a decision or gain an unfair advantage. We are also committed to preventing human trafficking, forced labor, and exploitation in all aspects of our operations and supply chain, and we strictly prohibit any form of modern slavery or coercion. 6. GIVING BUSINESS CONSIDERATIONS AND GIFTS
Employees must not offer or accept gifts, favors, payments, entertainment, or other business considerations that could improperly influence a business decision or create a conflict of interest. Modest and customary hospitality may be acceptable where permitted by law and company policy, but anything excessive, inappropriate, or intended to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any situation that could appear improper must be avoided or reported to management.
7. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
We follow all applicable laws and regulations in the places where we operate and expect those who work with us to do the same. All employees must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and are expected to uphold the company’s ethical and legal standards in all work-related activities.

9. REPORTING
We encourage anyone who has concerns about unethical or improper behavior to raise them. We are committed to addressing concerns responsibly and maintaining a culture of transparency and trust. Reports made under this Code will be handled as confidentially as reasonably possible. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.
