All employees are required to complete a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace training course at the time of hire. This course clarifies what diversity is and how it benefits the organization, teams, and individual employees. The course examines what makes inclusion efforts successful and provides actions employees can take to leverage the benefits of a diverse workplace. Throughout employment with EVOTEK, Inc., employees are required to take Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training annually to ensure these benefits are reinforced.

EVOTEK, Inc. aims to provide all its employees, contractors, consultants, temporary and other workers with a safe environment, free from discrimination on any ground and from harassment. The EVOTEK, Inc. Discrimination and Harassment Prevention Policy is distributed at the time of hire, and all new hires are required to review and acknowledge this policy. Additionally, the policy is posted and made available to all employees through our internal employee resource site and our human resources information system. Employees are encouraged to report any incidences of harassment to Human Resources. All reports of misconduct are fully investigated and EVOTEK, Inc. prohibits retaliation against anyone making a complaint of discrimination or harassment.

EVOTEK, Inc. participates in Equal Employment Opportunity reporting requirements set forth by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The Director of Human Resources leads all diversity reporting efforts and evaluates the effectiveness of our Diversity Plan through this annual report and identifies ways in which we can continuously improve.


II. Leadership Responsibilities for Diversity & Inclusion

The Human Resources Director manages all diversity related policies, recruiting efforts, and employee training in compliance with the EVOTEK, Inc. Diversity Plan. The Human Resources Director is also responsible for all diversity related reporting required to meet state and federal regulations.

The Chief Financial Officer oversees the cross-functional adherence to all policies and programs related to the EVOTEK, Inc. Diversity Plan and serves as the executive sponsor for all activities and programs that drive EVOTEK, Inc.’s diversity mission.

All members of the leadership team, which includes anyone in a supervisory role, are required to support a diverse and inclusive culture. EVOTEK, Inc. expects all leaders to exemplify and support the EVOTEK, Inc. Diversity Plan.
