Overview

The First Annual EvoOpen Charity Pickleball Tournament will be a day of fun that brings together Evotek’s partners, clients, and employees, while also giving back to the community. The event’s central mission is to raise funds for the Evotek Giving Foundation, an initiative designed to create a more equitable IT industry by supporting underprivileged communities, educational programs, and technology-related causes.

Event Details

Venue: Chicken N’ Pickle 9330 W. Hanna Ln. Glendale, AZ 85305

Theme: Nostalgic Classic

Attire: Sponsors, players, and spectators are all encouraged to wear athletic attire for indoor/outdoor activities. Retro sports clothing such as short shorts, knee-high socks, headbands, vintage tennis shirts and classic or old skool tennis shoes of the ’70s and ’80s will capture the spirit of the event.

Weather: This event will be both indoors and outdoors in early December.

Please Note: Sponsors will not be permitted to enter / setup the venue before 10am. The EVOTEK Giving Foundation has made arrangements with the venue around this schedule so that we can work together to host this event. We appreciate your cooperation in advance!

Shipping Details

Please note: The Pickle Ball event venue cannot receive packages of any kind. The Evotek Giving Foundation is not responsible for shipping, receiving or returning any items for sponsors. Each sponsor must have a dedicated person to pick up before / drop off shipments after the event. All costs of shipping, holding, or storing any event items are the responsibility of the Sponsor.

Pro Tip: Have a return label / pdf created when you prepare your event shipment. It will expedite post event tear down and package drop off.

Sponsors that need to ship swag / marketing materials should send their packages within 6 calendar days to either FedEx Office or the UPS Store listed below. Please create a return label for shipment for expedited service post event.

Onsite Branding

Thank you to all our amazing sponsors for supporting our first Pickle Ball Classic!

Friendly reminder there will be sponsor logos included on social media leading up to the event and on call-outs at the event venue.

DIAMOND SPONSORS: Will receive space to brand one half of a Pickleball tournament court.

Sponsors must create and provide their own vinyl banners to hang during setup the morning of the event.
Vinyl banners can be 3’H x 5’L or 3’H or 6’L and must be made with grommets so they can be zip tied to the court fence.
Each half court sponsor may brand 1 or 2 side wall fences of their half court.
In front of each tournament court there is a bar table for spectators. There will also be an 8’ long bar height table for each court sponsor to use for swag, and small table top signage. Pull up banners may be used in this area to keep lines of sight clear for spectators.
