This event will be for EVOTEK employees plus 1 guest, and travel and lodging will be paid for both. Food & Beverage will be available during the EVOTEK activities both Friday and Saturday. EVOTEK employees can expense meals that fall outside of an EVOTEK activity, just follow standard guidelines of up to $30/person.

As you may know, the culture of EVOTEK is surrounded by an affinity for music. Many of our team members have a musical background and have been part of, or are currently in, bands or music production. Music has an impact all around us; from dopamine that gets released when hearing a favorite melody to certain chords making a positive impact on our mental state, music can play a beneficial role in our day to day. Music is said to lower stress levels, calm the nerves, and help with anxiety. Put simply: Music makes people feel better.

Hot off the heels of our last Company Offsite in Austin, our next Company Offsite will be in Seattle. One of many musical stops we will be making as a company in the coming years, Seattle has a rich music history. Home to one of the first-ever Jazz concerts in 1918, Seattle was also the birthplace of Jimi Hendrix and, eventually, Grunge music with the likes of Pearl Jam and Nirvana. We are more than excited to spend some time with those most important to us in a city that is the perfect blend of Relaxation and Rock (Did we mention it’s also the birthplace of Kenny G?).
